Drinks & Cocktails with Ginger Juice
Ginger juice is made by running raw ginger through a centrifuge juicer. If you don’t have one of those at home, ginger juice can be substituted with store-bought “ginger shots” instead. Just make sure it doesn’t contain too much other stuff like lemon juice, sugar or turmeric, as those ingredients will have an impact on the flavor of your drinks.
For cocktails, we use ginger juice to make drinks like the famous Beets Martini, or as a chaser in the excellent Extrakt Root shot.
