Drinks & Cocktails With Vanilla Syrup

Make your own Vanilla Syrup with these easy steps.


1 cup / 2,5 dl water

1 cup / 2,5 dl sugar

1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

Bring the water and sugar to a boil over medium heat in a small sauce pan. Continue to cook at a rapaid simmer until the mixture thickens a bit, it should take around 6-7 minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the vanilla extrakt and let it cool to room temperature. Pour the mixture into a glass jar or a bottle and refrigerate. The syrup will last for around 2 weeks.
