Sour Variations

The contemporary sour cocktail is a short, sharp, punch type drink consisting the spirit, a sour and a half part sweet. Bitters and egg white are optional but add to the allure of these cocktails. Sours are shaken drinks and may be served straight-up or on the rocks.
