How to make a Smashing Fizz
Prepare mint syrup by infusing leftover mint leaves in Simple Syrup then strain.
Muddle citrus wedges in mint syrup and add Absolut Grapefruit. Add ice and shake and pour into an ice-filled highball glass. Top up with soda water and garnish with a mint sprig.
