The Peachy Lady is a vodka variation of the classic gin cocktail, the Perfect Lady, created by Bartender and Absolut Global Brand Ambassador, Ricardo ‘Rico’ Dynan.
Built around Absolut Peach rather than gin, it ditches the crème de pêche of the original and lets the vodka speak for itself, finished with a peach wedge garnish that’s equal parts pretty and delicious. Rico’s stamp on a classic – and it’s a good one.
How To Make THE PEACHY LADY COCKTAIL

Fine Strainer

How to Mix

Use a Paring Knife to cut one Lemon in half.

Using a Citrus Elbow, juice the Lemon, then measure and pour the Lemon Juice into the smaller tin of a Boston Shaker.

Measure and pour Simple Syrup into the Shaker.

Measure and pour Absolut Peach into the Shaker.

Crack an Egg and separate the Egg Whites from the Yolk, then pour the Egg Whites into the Shaker.

Fill the Shaker with Ice Cubes and shake until chilled.

Place a Hawthorne Strainer over the Cocktail Shaker to strain out the Ice.

Shake again, this time without ice and pour the mixture directly into either a Nick & Nora Glass (or Cocktail Glass).

Use your Paring Knife to cut a fresh Peach Wedge and place it on the edge of your Glass to garnish.

The Peachy Lady is a vodka variation of the gin classic, the Perfect Lady made with peach-flavored vodka. It was invented by Ricardo ‘Rico’ Dynan, Bartender and Absolut Global Brand Ambassador.
“It’s deliciously peachy,” says Rico. He’s spot on – the drink may lack the floral gin notes of the classic Perfect Lady, but it compensates with an intensified peach flavor thanks in no small part to Absolut Peach.
The Peachy Lady is a new cocktail created in the summer of 2024 by Ricardo ‘Rico’ Dynan, Bartender and Absolut Global Brand Ambassador.

While making the Perfect Lady cocktail for an episode of ‘Absolut Drinks with Rico’, Rico wanted to see if he could make a Vodka variation. Lo and behold, the Peachy Lady was born.
- Reverse Dry Shake
Whenever Rico is making a Sour, he likes to use a reverse dry shake to get that wonderful frothy, velvety texture from the Egg Whites (or Aquafaba).A reverse dry shake involves first shaking the cocktail ingredients with Ice, then straining out the Ice and shaking again without Ice.
- Always Use Fresh Lemon Juice
If you want your drinks to taste like the ones you get when you’re out, you need to make your own Lemon Juice. It’s that simple.We can’t overemphasize the importance of making your own Lemon Juice instead of buying the bottled stuff from a store. This applies to all drinks, including the Peachy Lady.

The classic Gin-based cocktail from 1936 that inspired the Peachy Lady. “It’s one of my favorite drinks just because of the pure deliciousness of it,” shares Rico.
Made with Beefeater Gin, Crème de Pêche (Peach Liqueur), Egg Whites (or Aquafaba), Lemon Juice and garnished with Lemon Zest, it’s a classic for a reason. Discover the recipe for the Perfect Lady cocktail.

- To garnish, Rico cuts a fresh and juicy Peach Wedge and places that on the side of the glass to really accentuate the Peach notes.

Yes. You can use Aquafaba, which is a vegan egg white substitution.

You can, indeed….that’s the recipe you’re looking at right here! The Perfect Lady made with vodka instead of gin is what we call The Peachy Lady.
We recommend using peach-flavored vodka. You could use unflavored vodka but we’d recommend you add Crème de Pêche (Peach Liqueur) like The Perfect Lady so you get those peach flavors.
