Negroni Sbagliato

Zutaten

• Eiswürfel
• 1 Teil 30 ml 1 oz Wermut, Süß
• 1 Teil 30 ml 1 oz Campari
• 1 Teil 30 ml 1 oz Prosecco
• 1 Scheibe 1 Scheibe 1 Scheibe Orange

Mixanleitung

Ein Becherglas mit Eiswürfeln füllen. Alle Zutaten zugeben. Umrühren. Danach mit Orange garnieren.

ÜberNegroni Sbagliato

Quite possibly the best mistake ever made in the history of drinks? Sbagliato literally means mistake in Italian and the legend says that bartender Mirko Stocchetto “accidentally” reached for a bottle of prosecco instead of gin when making a Negroni at his aperitivo bar called Bar Basso in Milan, late 1980’s.
Just like it’s older brother (The Negroni), the Sbagliato is a beautiful aperitivo style drink that stimulates the appetite with it’s subtle fizz and slight tartness perfectly balanced with the fruitiness of the prosecco. This afternoon favourite is not only a tasty drink but also a joy to watch with it’s intriguing colour!
