Negroni Sbagliato

Ingredienti

• Cubetti Di Ghiaccio
• 1 Parte di 30 ml 1 oz Vermut Dolce
• 1 Parte di 30 ml 1 oz Campari
• 1 Parte di 30 ml 1 oz Prosecco
• 1 Fetta/Fettina 1 Fetta/Fettina 1 Fetta/Fettina Arancia

Come mixare

Riempire con cubetti di ghiaccio un tumbler basso. Aggiungere tutti gli ingredienti. Mescolare. Decorare con arancia.

'Ciò che non sai sul drink Negroni Sbagliato

Quite possibly the best mistake ever made in the history of drinks? Sbagliato literally means mistake in Italian and the legend says that bartender Mirko Stocchetto “accidentally” reached for a bottle of prosecco instead of gin when making a Negroni at his aperitivo bar called Bar Basso in Milan, late 1980’s.
Just like it’s older brother (The Negroni), the Sbagliato is a beautiful aperitivo style drink that stimulates the appetite with it’s subtle fizz and slight tartness perfectly balanced with the fruitiness of the prosecco. This afternoon favourite is not only a tasty drink but also a joy to watch with it’s intriguing colour!
