Bevande e cocktail con Cognac

Un brandy proveniente dalla zona nei dintorni di Cognac, nell’ovest della Francia. L’area è divisa in varie subregioni e tre “etichette indicanti l’età”: XO (extra old, imbottata almeno sette anni), Napoleon (minimo sei anni in botte) e VS (very special, almeno tre anni in botte). Il cognac è ottimo gustato liscio da uno snifter, ma è anche un fantastico mixer.
