Bebidas y cócteles con Ginebra

El licor nacional de los Países Bajos está elaborado a partir de cebada, centeno y maíz. Tiene un sabor más fuerte que la ginebra normal, aunque son muy parecidas. Su nombre significa “enebro”. Hay ginebra vieja y joven. Esta última contiene menos cebada (más del 5%, menos del 15%).
