Eldeflower Collins cocktail recipe

Ingredients

  1. 2 Parts Gin
  2. 1 Part Elderflower Cordial
  3. 1 Part Lemon Juice
  4. Soda Water
  5. 1 Wedge Lemon

How to mix this cocktail

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add gin, lemon juice and elderflower cordial. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with crushed ice. Topup with soda water. Garnish with lemon.
