How to make a Absolut Citron Passion Star Martini

Chill a martini glass. Muddle the pineapple in the shaker. Add Absolut Citron, passion fruit purée, vanilla syrup and passion fruit pulp from half a passion fruit. Fill your shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with half a passion fruit floating. Serve accompanied with a shot of champagne or sparkling wine.
