How to Mix

  • Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
  • Add 1 whole egg (yolk and white).
  • Add ½ part lemon juice.
  • Add ⅓ part simple syrup.
  • Add 1 part rye whiskey.
  • Add ½ part sweet vermouth.
  • Add 1 dash whisky/honey liqueur .
  • Shake.
  • Strain into a rocks glass.
