How to make a Highland Fresh
Muddle strawberries, blackberries and lime juice in a shaker. Fill with ice cubes. Add Absolut Vodka, simple syrup and egg white. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with mint leaf and a strawberry.
