How to Mix

  • Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
  • Add 1½ parts Absolut Vodka.
  • Add ¾ part lemon juice.
  • Add ⅔ part orgeat almond syrup.
  • Add ⅓ part egg white.
  • Add 2 teaspoons raspberry jam.
  • Shake.
  • Strain into a rocks glass.
