Drinks und Cocktails mit Zitrone

Zitronen werden häufig zum Garnieren verwendet und können in Scheiben, Spalten oder zum Zerdrücken in Viertel geschnitten werden.
Um ihnen noch mehr Pfiff zu verleihen, streue etwas Zucker auf einen Teller und tauche die Zitronen darin ein. Wenn du auf der anderen Seite der Zitronenspalte eine andere Geschmacksrichtung möchtest (zum Beispiel Zimt), verwende einen zweiten Teller.
Auch die Schale kann zum Garnieren verwendet werden, beispielsweise die Zitronenspirale (für einen Horse’s Neck). Verwende zum Schneiden der Spirale einen Sparschäler (eine gute Investition!) oder, wenn du eine ruhige Hand hast, ein normales Messer.
