Im Glas solltest du immer neues, frisches Eis verwenden. Das restliche Eis im Shaker ist halb geschmolzen und eignet sich deshalb nicht mehr zur Weiterverwendung. Das Eis ist einzig und allein dazu da, den Drink zu kühlen. Auf keinen Fall sollte geschmolzenes Eiswasser den Drink verwässern. Verwende gekühlte Gläser und fülle sie mit so viel Eis wie möglich.
