In vielen Drinks wird Eiweiß oder das Eigelb verwendet, du musst die Eier also trennen. Schlage hierzu die Schale mit einem Messer leicht an und trenne die beiden Hälften vorsichtig. Lass das Eiweiß in einen Behälter laufen, während du das Eigelb vorsichtig von einer Schalenhälfte in die andere oder zwischen deinen (gewaschenen) Händen hin und her gießt.
