How to Mix

  • Add 4 pieces kiwi into a shaker.
  • Add 8 whole mint leaves.
  • Muddle.
  • Add 1½ parts lime juice.
  • Add 1 part simple syrup.
  • Add 2½ parts water.
  • Shake.
  • Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice cubes.
  • Garnish with kiwi.
