Beetroot juice is made by running raw beets through a juice centrifuge, giving you a deep red juice with a sweet and slightly earthy flavor. If you don’t have a centrifuge at home, you can grate up a few beets, wrap them in cheesecloth, and proceed to press the juice by hand.
