Bebidas y cócteles con Sirope de Vainilla

Haz tu propio sirope de vainilla siguiendo estos sencillos pasos.

INGREDIENTES
1 taza / 2,5 dl de agua
1 taza / 2,5 dl de azúcar
1 cucharada de extracto puro de vainilla

Lleva el agua y el azúcar a ebullición a fuego medio en un cazo pequeño. Sigue hirviendo a fuego medio-alto hasta que la mezcla se espese un poco, alrededor de 6-7 minutos.

Quita el cazo del fuego, mezcla el extracto de vainilla y deja que se enfríe a temperatura ambiente. Vierte la mezcla en un tarro o una botella de cristal y colócalo en el frigorífico. Puedes conservar el sirope unas dos semanas.
