DOM Bénédictine es una de esas recetas secretas que los monjes franceses inventaron hace 500 años. Se dice que su sabor dulce se debe a la combinación de 27 hierbas y especias. Las siglas DOM significan “Deo Optimo Máximo”. Durante la Revolución francesa de 1789, casi se perdió la receta, pero se ha producido desde el siglo XIX.
