Drinks & Cocktails with Tomatillo Juice

Tomatillos, also known as the Mexican husk tomato,
is a small, round, green fruit available at most good
fruit vendors or markets. If unavailable, substitute
with green tomatoes.

Simply juice them as you would any fruit. You will
need approximately 2-3 tomatillos for 20 ml of juice.
