How to make a Old Vic
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add balsamico vinegar, lemon juice, gin, strawberry puree and strawberry liqueur. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with champagne. Garnish with mint leaf.
