How to make a Mulled Mule

Mix the leftover Red Wine with mulled spices (cardamom, star anise, cloves, all spice, cinnamon, orange peel). For 7oz/2dl wine, use 20g mulled spices.

Add all ingredients and ice cubes to a highball glass and stir. Squeeze lime wedge over the drink and drop into the drink.
