Japanese Fizz
Bourbon, Egg White, Lemon Juice, Port, Red, Soda Water, Lemon, Maraschino Berry
Ingredients
- Ice Cubes
- 1 Part 30 ml 1 oz Bourbon
- 1 Whole 1 Whole 1 Whole Egg White
- ½ Part 15 ml ½ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ Part 15 ml ½ oz Port, Red
- Soda Water
- 1 Wedge 1 Wedge 1 Wedge Lemon
- 1 Whole 1 Whole 1 Whole Maraschino Berry
How to mix
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add bourbon, egg white, lemon juice and port, red. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with soda water. Garnish with lemon and a maraschino berry.
