Caramel Manhattan
Irish Whiskey, Pineapple Juice, Caramel Syrup, Sweet Vermouth, Bitters, Pineapple
Ingredients
- Ice Cubes
- 1½ Parts 45 ml 1½ oz Irish Whiskey
- ⅔ Part 20 ml ⅔ oz Pineapple Juice
- ½ Part 15 ml ½ oz Caramel Syrup
- ⅓ Part 10 ml ⅓ oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 Dash 1 Dash 1 Dash Bitters
- 1 Wedge 1 Wedge 1 Wedge Pineapple
How to make
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with pineapple.
