Drinks mit sauren Noten

Der saure Cocktail wurde in der Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts bekannt und besteht aus jeder Art von Spirituose zusammen mit Zitronensaft und Zuckersirup. In einigen Variationen wurde auch Eiweiß hinzugefügt. Dieses Getränk wird in einem Old-Fashioned-Glas mit Eis serviert. Genauso wie der Whiskey Sour.
