Saratoga Fizz cocktail recipe

Ingredients

1. 5 Parts Bourbon
2. 2 Parts Lemon Juice
3. 1 Part Simple Syrup
4. 1 Part Egg White
5. 1 Part Lime Juice
6. Soda Water

How to mix this cocktail

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add bourbon, egg white, lime juice, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice cubes. Topup with soda water.
