Bevande e cocktail con Tequila

La tequila è un distillato fatto con agave blu a Jalisco, conosciuta anche come la regione del Tequila del Messico. A seconda del tempo di invecchiamento, la tequila si divide in quattro categorie: Blanco, Reposado, Añejo o Extra Añejo. La Tequila Blanco è famosa per essere consumata come shot con un pizzico di sale e una fetta di lime, mentre le tequile più invecchiate vengono bevute lisce o con ghiaccio. Nei cocktail, la tequila è usata per una vasta gamma di classici come Margarita, Paloma e Tequila Sunrise.
