Bevande e cocktail aspro

Il cocktail acido è stato riconosciuto nella metà del XIX secolo e consiste in qualsiasi tipo di liquore insieme a succo di limone e sciroppo di zucchero. In alcune varianti viene aggiunta anche la chiara d’uovo. Questa bevanda viene servita in un bicchiere Old-Fashioned con ghiaccio. Proprio come il Whiskey Sour.
