Drinks & Cocktails with Rhubarb and rosemary syrup

A thick, well-tasting syrup that might come in handy in the bar. Equal parts of sugar and water are warmed until dissolved, then add two parts of rhubarbs and one medium sized rosemary stem. Simmer for about ten minutes and let it cool, then strain through a cloth.
