Scotch Whisky, Islay Single Malt Scotch, Lemon Juice, Honey Syrup, Ginger Juice, Candied Ginger
- Ice Cubes
- 1½ Parts Scotch Whisky
- 1 Dash Islay Single Malt Scotch
- ½ Part Lemon Juice
- ⅓ Part Honey Syrup
- ¼ Part Ginger juice
- 1 Piece Candied Ginger
How to mix
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with candied ginger on two toothpicks.
