How to Mix

  • Cut a Lime in half, then use a citrus press (or citrus elbow) to juice your Lime Halves.
  • Use a jigger to measure and pour the freshly squeezed Lime Juice into a cocktail shaker.
  • Cut a Ruby Red Grapefruit in half. Save a Grapefruit Wedge for garnishing.
  • Before juicing the Grapefruit, rub a Grapefruit Half along the rim of a highball glass.
  • Pour Kosher Salt onto a plate, then dip the rim of your glass into the salt to coat it.
  • Use a citrus press (or citrus elbow) to now juice your Grapefruit Halves.
  • Use the jigger to measure and add freshly squeezed Grapefruit Juice into the shaker.
  • Measure and add Absolut Grapefruit.
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
  • Shake hard until the outside of the shaker is visibly frosty and cold to touch.
  • Fill your glass with ice cubes.
  • Open the shaker and place a Hawthorne strainer over the opening and pour into the glass.
  • Top up with Soda Water.
  • Garnish by placing a Grapefruit Wedge directly into your glass.
