Prepare the coffee flavored Absolut by combining ½ cup used coffee grounds with Absolut Vodka. Let rest for 30 minutes to overnight. Fine strain.
Add the coffee flavored Absolut Vodka, your choice of milk and simple syrup into a shaker. Add ice cubes and shake. Pour the liquid and ice into a tumbler glass.
