Rum Collins
Cuban Rum, Soda Water, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Lemon
Ingredients
- Ice Cubes
- 1½ Parts 45 ml 1½ oz Cuban Rum
- 2 Parts 60 ml 2 oz Soda Water
- 1 Part 30 ml 1 oz Lemon Juice
- ⅔ Part 20 ml ⅔ oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Wedge 1 Wedge 1 Wedge Lemon
How to make
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
