Absolut Haring Signature Drinks

In the summer of 2025, Absolut unveiled Absolut Haring, an Artist-Edition vodka bottle created in collaboration with the iconic American artist Keith Haring (1958-1990).

In the 1980s, Keith Haring brought his playful creations to the streets and subways of New York, with the belief that “art is for everybody.” During this time, Andy Warhol invited Haring to reimagine Absolut’s iconic bottle. Now, nearly 40 years later, Absolut reintroduces Haring’s artistry to a new generation.

To celebrate the release, the Absolut Drinks team created three signature cocktails to make at home. Much like Haring’s art, each of the three vodka cocktails are playful and distinct.

Absolut Haring Fizz

Absolut Haring Fizz is the main signature cocktail for Absolut Haring. Inspired by Keith Haring’s love for Asian cuisine, the cocktail is a fusion of art and flavor, made with Sesame-Washed Vodka, Citrus Sherbet, and Apple-Ginger Foam.

It involves quite a bit of prep, including the overnight preparation of the Sesame-Washed Vodka and macerating Orange and Lemon Peels to create the Citrus Sherbet. But hey, you can’t rush great art…or great drinks!

As the name suggests, the drink is a twist on a classic “fizz”, which is a type of drink that evolved from the sour family of cocktails.

Absolut Haring Collins

If you love citrus drinks, then you’ll love the Absolut Haring Collins.

This shaken serve cocktail mixes Absolut Vodka, Orange Juice, Lemon Juice, Ginger Syrup and a generous splash of Soda Water, which plays a key role in this drink.

Soda Water blends perfectly with Citrus Fruits to create an undeniable summer vibe, while its effervescence paired with the spiciness of Ginger Syrup introduces a new layer of complexity to the drink.

Being that it’s a Collins drink, we recommend serving it in a Collins Glass filled with Ice Cubes to really top it off.

Absolut Haring Screw

A twist on the classic Screwdriver drink, this simple serve cocktail is the easiest cocktail to make of the three Absolut Haring signature cocktails.

It uses the classic Screwdriver base of Absolut Vodka and Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice but then, like the Absolut Haring Fizz, it pays homage to Haring’s love for Asian cuisine by adding Ginger Syrup and Sesame Oil.
