Cream, Cognac, Dark Cacao Liqueur, Egg Yolk, Simple Syrup

- Ice Cubes
- ⅓ Part 10 ml ⅓ oz Cream
- 1 Part 30 ml 1 oz Cognac
- 1 Part 30 ml 1 oz Dark Cacao Liqueur
- 1 Whole 1 Whole 1 Whole Egg Yolk
- ⅓ Part 10 ml ⅓ oz Simple Syrup
How to make a Butterfly Flip
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a champagne glass.
