How to Mix

  • Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
  • Add 1 half apricot.
  • Muddle.
  • Add 1 part scotch whisky.
  • Add ½ part apricot brandy.
  • Add ½ part apple juice, fresh pressed.
  • Add ¼ part lemon juice.
  • Add ¼ part simple syrup.
  • Shake.
  • Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice cubes.
