Drinks und Cocktails mit Cider

Die Bezeichnung Cider bezieht sich auf zwei verschiedene Getränke: entweder ein alkoholisches, kohlensäurehaltiges Getränk, das aus vergorenen Früchten (oftmals Äpfeln) hergestellt wird und einen Alkoholgehalt von etwa 5 Vol.-% hat, oder ein nicht alkoholisches Getränk ohne Kohlensäure. Der alkoholhaltige Cider kann entweder süß oder trocken sein. In Cocktailrezepten wird meist Letzterer verwendet.
