Sloe Ho cocktail recipe

Ingredients

1. 2 Parts Lemon Juice
2. 1 Part Simple Syrup
3. 1 Part Egg White
4. Soda Water
5. 1 Twist Lemon

How to mix this cocktail

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add egg white, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice cubes. Topup with soda water. Garnish with lemon.
