Ruby Fizz cocktail recipe

Ingredients

  1. 1 Part Raspberry Juice
  2. 1 Part Lemon Juice
  3. 1 Splash Egg White
  4. Soda Water

How to mix this cocktail

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add egg white, lemon juice and raspberry juice. Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice cubes. Topup with soda water.
