  1. 2 Parts Lemon Juice
  2. 1 Part Simple Syrup
  3. Bitter Lemon

How to mix this cocktail

Fill a shaker with crushed ice. Add simple syrup and lemon juice. Shake and strain into a champagne glass. Topup with bitter lemon.
