Japanese Fizz cocktail recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Parts Bourbon
- 1 Part Port, Red
- 1 Part Egg White
- 1 Part Lemon Juice
- Soda Water
- 1 Whole Maraschino Berry
- 1 Wedge Lemon
How to mix this cocktail
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add bourbon, egg white, lemon juice and port, red. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with crushed ice. Topup with soda water. Garnish with lemon and a maraschino berry.
