Delicious Sour cocktail recipe

Ingredients

1. 3 Parts Apricot Brandy
2. 3 Parts Lemon Juice
3. 3 Parts Calvados
4. 2 Parts Simple Syrup
5. 1 Dash Egg White
6. Soda Water
7. 2 Slices Apple

How to mix this cocktail

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add apricot brandy, calvados, egg white, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake and strain into a chilled wine glass filled with ice cubes. Topup with soda water. Garnish with apple.
