Drinks & Cocktails with Tequila

Tequila is a distilled spirit made from Blue Agave in Jalisco, otherwise known as Mexico’s Tequila region. Depending on how long it’s aged for, Tequila falls into one of four categories – Blanco, Reposado, Añejo or Extra Añejo. Most famously, Tequila Blanco is commonly consumed as a shot together with a pinch of salt and a wedge of lime, while more aged Tequilas are consumed neat or on the rocks. In cocktails, Tequila is used for a wide range of classics like the Margarita, Paloma and Tequila Sunrise.
