Yellowish plum brandy made in Balkan of Eastern Europe – the best slivovitz is traditionally reckoned to come from Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Serbia, but slivovitz is also manufactured in the US. (Other examples of plum brandies are mirabelle and pflümliwasser.)
