Fennel Cordial
Ingredients:
10 oz / 3 dl Fine Sugar (approx. 20 Tbsp)
10oz / 3 dl Water
1/8 Teaspoon Dried Loose Fennel Seeds
Method: Bring fennel seeds and water to boil and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
Add fine sugar, stir until dissolved. Fine strain and bottle.
