How to make a Violetta
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add anisette, grenadine, pineapple juice and violet liqueur. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with soda water. Garnish with a maraschino berry, mint leaf and orange.
