L.O Smith Punch

Ingredients

• 3 Whole 3 Whole 3 Whole Strawberry
• 1½ Parts 45 ml 1½ oz Absolut Vodka
• 1 Part 30 ml 1 oz Lemon Juice
• ⅔ Part 20 ml ⅔ oz Simple Syrup
• Ice Cubes
• Soda Water
• 1 Whole 1 Whole 1 Whole Strawberry

How to make a L.O Smith Punch

Muddle strawberries in a shaker. Add Absolut Vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup. Fill with ice cubes. Shake and pour into a highball glass. Top up with soda water. Garnish with a strawberry.

Story about L.O Smith Punch

L.O Smith was the founder of ABSOLUT. At the age of ten he is said to have doubled the income at store he worked at. He went into the liquor business in his 20s and by 1879, the king of Spirits started this brand. You see his portrait on all ABSOLUT bottles, where he no doubt watches your proportions in this tribute punch. So do it right!
