Cognac, Egg Yolk, Simple Syrup, Champagne
Ingredients
- Ice Cubes
- ¾ Part 25 ml ¾ oz Cognac
- 1 Whole 1 Whole 1 Whole Egg Yolk
- 1 Part 30 ml 1 oz Simple Syrup
- Champagne
How to make a Cecil Pick Me Up
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add cognac, egg yolk and simple syrup. Shake and strain into a champagne glass. Top up with champagne.
